I placed an order and want to change it. Is it possible ?

We will be happy to respond to your order modification request (addition, replacement, deletion of an item, change of delivery address, etc...) whenever possible. The status of an order can nevertheless change very quickly, limiting the possibilities of modifications. Always contact us quickly, preferably by telephone or WhatsApp during working hours.

We can modify an order provided that its preparation has not started; once the preparation has started, the modification is no longer possible: contact us quickly so that we can find a solution together.

I want to cancel my order, is it possible?

You have placed an order on our site and you wish to cancel it? You are on the right page :-)

a- For an hour (or even a little more) after you have placed your order, you can cancel it simply by sending us an email, or a WhatsApp message.

b- After the initial one-hour reflection period, we make every effort to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. You can always cancel it for a certain time depending on whether you ordered products available in stock or not. You will need to contact us quickly by phone.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If there's a problem with your order - whether it's the wrong size, wrong color, faulty or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then just let us know, and we'll refund you.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for large quantity orders and there is a discount of between 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page and inquire about quantities.
